I doubt Anita Ekberg ever thought she'd would ever have to play a role that required her to roll around naked on a bed with a fellow nun after her breakthrough in Fellini's La Dolce Vita in 1960. And if she thought she was slumming it when she starred in La Morte bussa due volte 10 years earlier, I wonder what she made of her role as sister Gertrude in Giulio Berruti's Sour Omicidi? No info on the poster art.

Although that movie is just Euro Cult Trash first class cashing in on the name of Anita Ekberg, I love that movie because she was still such a beauty in this movie with respecting her age, something that nowadays will never happen because a) actresses are not allowed anymore to get parts after a certain age and b) once they reach 30 the knife (no not the giallo knife) but the surgeons has to come in to make them all look the same! Plastic faces galore!
